So I started dabbling with Spotify and the Podcast feature, and its sooooo simple, probably the easiest podcast feature you can actually use and on one of the largest, if not the biggest platforms in the world, and a month in, I already have over 500 listens, I think that is pretty cool. Now that might not be anything major or anything to rave about, but it is fun! I try to keep the sessions to under 10 mins and that way it allows me to test the waters with retention and obviously not losing track of my topics I am talking about.

I think the benefits from a podcast are that it is essentially like mini therapy, you get to vent to an extent, and talk about what ever you want, your niche, your passions, when no one is there to listen, a stranger is. And someone who resonates with your opinion, your niche or your passion, might just be out there waiting to listen to what you have to say, I think there is amazing opportunity in that. Everyone starts somewhere, everyone can be a thought leader, or have an experience, a journey, that you are willing to share, and also there are people that are willing to listen and want to hear about it.

You just have to take action! you have to start somewhere, I know starting a podcast is a big deal for most, maybe you are worried about your voice being recognised, or people don't care about what you have to say, maybe you should not care about what people think or say about your journey, do it for you! and see where that gets you!
